The story is about 54 years old khursheed baba originally from Muzaffarabad kashmir, migrated to Rawalpindi for work opportunity. Story is covered by youtuber and video host Saad bin Azam, team member and volunteer of Spread Smile Pakistan. Old baba is a sugar patient, previously working as a security guard job to support his family. He is also a bakery expert but now selling kids stuff, living in a rented house in Murree road Rawalpindi. Due to the poor relationship between husband and wife, no relatives support him financially, only living on philanthropic activities.
He is too old to perform difficult labour work. He is under medical treatment due to a variety of diseases, especially sugar. The sadness inside out walking to him.
